This is an up/down duplex accepting for the preferred convenience of one level living, with this lower level unit having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Rent this unit, or for the ideal huge family gathering, combine this unit with our other upper unit, Vacation Rental By Owner #473300 listing, for a total of 8 BEDROOMS.

There are five TVs, and high speed WiFi! The living room has a sizable flat screen TV with premium cable service and a DVD (Blu Ray) player. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV streaming Netflix. The kids and teenagers will appreciate the bunk/futon bedroom configuration, especially when they can getaway to their own room which also has a DVD (Blu Ray) player. Make sure you keep one of the two impressive ocean front bedrooms for yourself.

This unit has a full length front deck with marsh vistas, and a full length oceanfront back deck, so you can savor all that Holden Beach has to offer. A boardwalk right from your back deck takes you over the dunes to the ocean’s edge. You can also relax in the open air ground level common area where you will find casual wicker furnishings and a charcoal grille. ENJOY!
