This inverted plan maximizes the vistas down the beach. When you get up to the top family room level, the vistas will take your breath away. The entire top level is family room, kitchen, and dining, oh and of course tons of glass to give you the WOW factor from inside the dwelling. The home is equipped with an elevator that goes to each floor. There are 3 upsized decks, 1 on each level to extend your living area outside to maximize your beach experience and extend your vistas.
