Outside you will find a private heatable swimming pool, tons of room for rocking on the 2 covered oceanfront decks, and a short walk down the private boardwalk to put your toes in the sand! Inside, you will be greeted with coastal chic décor and striking ocean vistas. There are 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and an additional media room! The home provides a residential, passenger elevator for your use to make unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow the posted rules. The pool at this home can be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as this service should be scheduled in advance. The inverted floor plan maximizes the ocean vistas from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the upstairs living area/kitchen/dining. It will take your breath away! Downstairs you will appreciate a primary ocean suite with a private bathroom and access to the oceanfront deck for morning coffee and evening beverages. There is also a media room and 3 more bedrooms added to this level. Upstairs, you can find a well-equipped kitchen, a enormous walk-in pantry, an extravagant dining room, a comfortable living room, an additional powder room, and two more bedrooms. The kitchen is even outfitted with additional items like an air fryer, instant pot, slow cooker, fondue pot, waffle maker, and a Keurig for your added convenience. All bedrooms are equipped with intelligent TVs for streaming. This home provides true southern #Hobbspitality to guests. You'll find the home already supplied with bottled water in the refrigerator, as well as soap by every sink, and a starter set of the following: toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
