Freshly refreshed 2 bedroom, 2 bath Wrightsville Beach duplex that's only steps to the beach! Open floor plan joins living area, dining area, and kitchen into a comfortable entertaining space. Seating for 6+ in the dining area. Flat screen LCD TV's in each bedroom. Generous driveway with parking for 3-4 cars. Outside shower. Left side of duplex also (Sunny Side Up) has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 4 and may be available for bigger groups to rent for the same dates.

Parking instructions:
Off street parking for 4 cars depending on size. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, entirely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also included for your enjoyment.

Violation of our 2 pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.
