As you enter “White” you will instantly be welcomed into the space. This end unit has enormous windows that let in natural light and spills into the living room which overlooks the dining and kitchen area to give a great space for families to gather. Snuggle up on the cozy sectional couch and watch a movie with appreciated ones or venture to the deck to relax in the sea breeze. Granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances add to the clean feel of the home and offer all the necessary silverware to prepare a home cooked meal. Down the hall past the kitchen is a hall bathroom that connects with the twin guest bedroom.

Upstairs you will find the cavernous primary suite and third guest room. The primary bedroom is furnished with a plush king-sized bed and is complete with a private balcony and a bathroom. Down the upstairs hall is the third guest bedroom which has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. There is a laundry room in the upstairs hallway for added convenience.

Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 cars. There is a carport that can accommodate 1-2 cars with covered parking.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Animals, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
