The shared pool is just a few homes down from our unit. A key fob is supplied at the unit that will grant you access to the pool.

-New refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave

LIVING ROOM
The living room is a great place to relax and watch your favorite shows on the 65” intelligent tv with Hulu, Disney Plus & Netflix supplied. The living room is open to the kitchen, accepting for painless socializing with friends and family.

LAUNDRY
There is a full-size washer and dryer available for your convenience with laundry detergent included.

MASTER BEDROOM
The cavernous master bedroom has a premium memory foam king bed and a 32" intelligent tv. Guests must log into their own streaming services on this tv.

GUEST BEDROOM
This guest bedroom has a premium queen memory foam bed and desk space.

BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms; one off of the master bedroom and one next to the guest bedroom. All bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash included.

PARKING
There are 2 complimentary driveway parking spots for guests to use. Off street parking is not allowed.

SECURITY
For safety purposes, we have two actively recording cameras that record video and audio located on the EXTERIOR of the property.

We also use noise monitoring devices at the property; they do NOT record actual sounds or conversations, they simply monitor the noise level (measured in decibels).
