"Latitude Adjustment" is a handsome, freshly refreshed four-bedroom, three bath home with modern appliances and a well-appointed kitchen. It features an inverted floor plan with the main living areas and kitchen on the top floor where the expansive ocean vistas are striking. There is also a screened in back porch on the top floor ideal for early morning coffee or late-nighttime games.
