Savor ocean, marsh, and Intracoastal waterway vistas from the two covered porches and an oceanside sundeck with a private walkway to the beach in this cavernous one-level floor plan. The property is conveniently located near the General Store, Ice Cream Shop, and Holden Beach Fishing Pier. Additional amenities of this Hobbs Intelligent Home include keyless entry & WIFI, Cable Intelligent TV & Blu-ray player in the living area, Cable TVs in each bedroom, and an additional table area for dining or remote working. Games, puzzles, a book exchange, and modest DVD library are also available for your family's enjoyment. Outdoor features include porch rockers, Adirondack seating, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, picnic table for outdoor dining, beach furnishings/toys, and BBQ/Smoker charcoal grille. This property provides “Hobbspitality” Convenience Package for all guests. The home is supplied with bottled water in the refrigerator, soap at every sink, a starter set of kitchen soap/sponge, dishwasher and laundry pods, paper towels, and trash bags. Basic toiletries and starter rollS of toilet paper are included in each bathroom. Bed linens are supplied, and beds are premade “Ready for Bed Service” with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket.
