Less than a 5 min. drive to trendy Wilmington Riverwalk and about 20 mins. to both Wrightsville Beach & Carolina Beach! The home has a nice privacy fence that closes in the backyard.

We can't wait to host you at our Modern Coastal Heaven. This home is filled with all of the necessities that you will need for a family-filled nighttime in after a relaxing day at the beach or a cozy place to come back to after a busy day around town with all of your closest friends. We strive to give our guests a cozy and intimate ambiance while also upholding the "boutique hotel" standards. An experience so good, you won't want to leave!

Bedroom #1 (Master): Queen size bed with closet and 40" Intelligent TV. Bathroom #1 is attached with a single sink vanity and tile shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2: Queen sized bed, with closet.

Bedroom #3: Bunk bed – twin sized bed on top and full-sized bed on the bottom.

Bathroom #2: Full bathroom in-between the Master and Bedroom #2 with a tiled shower and single sink vanity.
