Pretty 2 bedroom Carolina Beach Vacation Rental with a deck overlooking the full size swimming pool. The building is oceanfront and this Condo is on the second floor, oceanview (not a direct oceanfront condo). Even though it's located on the side of the building, you still have marvelous vistas of the ocean from your balcony. Conveniences include, 2 cable TVs (basic cable), a DVD player, a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and Wifi. Sandpebbles 6B is reasonably priced and centrally located on the Island, just across the street from the Carolina Beach Lake and only 11 short blocks South of the Boardwalk! Two swimming pools are available for your enjoyment from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Golf carts are not allowed on the premises.

**The HOA does allow for two guest parking passes, per guest visit. However, the Sand Pebbles HOA does not have assigned parking and cannot guarantee a parking space for any car. The HOA recommends that guests only bring one car during peak season. Sand Pebbles has 91 parking spaces and 72 units.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guides have discounts for local accommodations, tours and attractions.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
