  • Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let thieves ruin your holiday.
  • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
