Inside, the home's freshly expanded kitchen is the heart of the space, created from the former sunroom and designed for gathering. This bright, open kitchen offers ample prep space, updated appliances, and everything you need to prepare comfortably while staying connected to the living and dining areas. The adjacent dining area seats eight and extends to accommodate up to ten guests, ideal for family meals and game nights.

The open-concept living room is filled with natural light and offers plenty of comfortable seating, making it an inviting spot to relax after a day at the beach. Roku TVs are supplied in the living area and all bedrooms for simple entertainment.

The main level features three well-appointed bedrooms, including two primary king suites with private ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin XL loft bed and has access to a close by full bathroom.

Upstairs, the enclosed loft has been transformed into a roomy sleeping area ideal for kids, teens, or shared family accommodations. This level includes a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds, along with a private full bathroom and ample storage.

Step outside to savor the wraparound porch, where you can relax in the hammock, sip your morning coffee, or listen to the sounds of nature while the kids bicycle safely through the neighborhood.
