Locking guest storage room, outside shower, plenty of parking, one story convenience. New kitchen remodel and window upgrades in 2021. ***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature.
