The second downstairs guest bedroom also has a writing desk and has painless access to the hall bath with an upsized tiled walk-in shower.

At the top of the stairs on the second floor is one of our favorite rooms in the home! It's a additional living space with vaulted ceilings, flatscreen TV, and direct access to the top balcony that offers definitely gorgeous vistas. You can see the ocean and marsh from this spot… plus, there's fantastic constructed-in seating to take advantage of! Down the stairs outside is where you'll find the sundeck with multiple lounger chairs. Back inside, the vaulted ceilings extend into both of the bedrooms on this floor as well. The exceptional master bedroom suite features a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a huge vanity and bespoke tiled walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is phenomenal for the younger travelers in your group — with two sets of twin-size bunk beds, a separate twin bed, and simple access to the fourth bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season.
