You don't want to miss out on this one bedroom, oceanfront vacation rental located at Sea Colony in Carolina Beach. This unit is located on the first floor and has exceptional expansive vistas of the ocean. You also have a front seat view to the pool right from the balcony. Inside, you will find this unit very cavernous and accommodating. You will have all your basic needs so that you can appreciate much needed R&R in a home away from home. Keurig coffee maker is available for guest use. Sea Colony has it's very own private beach access, grille areas, and a community pool. Please note that the pool is available from Mid April - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Equipped with 2 Intelligent TV's (Cable is included on the living room TV only).

Parking: 2 Assigned Parking Spaces / Tandem / Under the building. Gas powered Golf carts allowed - NOT electric - same parking rules as car, must park in the carport with parking pass on dashboard or window.
