Appreciate access to the exclusive, Private St. James Plantation Beach Club with Oceanfront Pool, bathrooms, and private beach strand. (Note that paid, public parking on 72nd Street will need to be utilized.)
With a plethora of nature hiking, library, and restaurant options, you never have to leave the neighborhood! But if you want to go adventuring, you will also have Traveler access to the Marsh Winds pool, transient boat docking in the marina, access to the Intracoastal Waterway, and the private Beach Club in Oak Island. Not to mention the many award-winning eateries on the water in Southport, 5 mins. away!
A living room balcony is ideal for watching the birds and sunsets. Our condo features a comfortable bed, a Intelligent TV, a completely equipped kitchen, and tasteful furnishings.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
