"Cottage" is misleading as the inside of this bright open-floorplan home is cavernous! The light-filled living area provides the ideal spot for snuggling and conversations. Anchored by a decorative fireplace, you'll adore this spot's (and the rest of the home's) reclaimed wood floors, white shiplap and beamed coffered ceiling. The close by handsome dining space is surrounded by windows and homes an fashonable table. Nearby, a enormous gleaming granite island not only provides plenty of prep space but also accommodates five at its breakfast bar. The newly refreshed and enlarged chef's kitchen, boasting stainless appliances and a convenient adjacent bar area, has been thoughtfully outfitted with an abundance of cookware and bakeware for the gourmet enthusiast. There are three well-appointed bedrooms and baths on this floor. The first two are King suites, each with their own private bath. The other is a bright bunk room, sleeping six, and accessing the other full bath. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. One is the Primary King Suite with its own ensuite bath and an ocean-view balcony where you will spend every evening savoring the sunset! The other is a sunny Queen. It utilizes the close by full hall bath. Sea Oats is pet friendly-so you can bring your canine family member with you! Located nearly exactly in the center of the Island-close to all BHI's amenities-Sea Oats Cottage also features a gas grille, an outdoor shower, the use of two four-passenger golf carts-one is enclosed and includes WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends.
