Featuring a reverse floor plan, the main living area is located on the second floor to maximize natural light and capture the best vistas. From the upper deck, you can savor sweeping ocean vistas and watch dolphins glide by as they make their morning and evening passes along the shoreline.

Inside, the home offers five bedrooms and five full private bathrooms, plus two additional half baths. Every bedroom has its own full private bath, giving each family or guest their own comfortable space to relax. On the first floor, you’ll find four bedrooms: one with a king bed, two with queen beds, and a family friendly suite offering a queen bed along with queen bunk beds. Upstairs, the master suite provides a peaceful escape with its own king bed. The main living area includes a dining table that seats twelve, a kitchen bar with three stools, and a cozy breakfast nook for four. Multiple fridges throughout the home ensure your drinks stay cold and your meals stay ready all week long.

A standout feature of this property is the private 10' x 22' pool, ideal for calming, splashing, or appreciating a movie or game of cornhole in the afternoon sun. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
