Mar-Y-Sol. Sea and Sun. Savor both from the many decks. Well maintained with a private pool, floating dock and fish sink. The home backs up to a canal. Upstairs loft has a day bed with trundle for additional accommodations. Open floor plan with cathedral ceiling in great room, well-equipped kitchen, many TVs, DVDs, WIFI, stereo/CD with outdoor speakers, Jacuzzi tub, W/D, hot water outdoor shower, tons of outdoor furnishings. The 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor each have their own bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Water vistas from every room!! Great beach access. Bring your family and savor!!!   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
