The main floor treats you to striking vistas of white sandy south beach. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring bespoke cabinetry, a breakfast bar, classy tile backsplash, high-end stainless-steel appliances with plenty of cabinetry for storage and a bar entertainment station. The dining table combined with the center island seats 14 guests. The grandiose living room accepts plenty of family and entertainment time. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects to expansive outdoor living spaces, ideal for soaking in the coastal ambiance and to allow all to gather and savor the salty breeze while calming in the chaise lounge chairs or while gathering around for a meal cooked on the gas grille.

The first floor welcomes you to the first of two master bedroom suites, which is a getaway in itself, offering a king size bed and private bathroom with an upsized walk-in tiled shower all designed with comfort and style in mind offering a relaxing haven for relaxation after a day of beachside fun. Also on this main level, you will find a kid's heaven bedroom - a bunk room that has three, bespoke constructed bunk beds with six twin beds and an additional trundle sleeping 7. The bunk room has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The second level features another Master Suite with a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and soaking tub. The ocean view from this bedroom and the outdoor deck will be the ideal spot for early morning coffee and sunsets. An additional extravagant bedroom has two queen beds and another private bathroom.

A separate crofter/guest home provides additional sleeping for 3 in a queen bed and a hidden twin and a half bath. An outdoor shower will provide you with one of the joys of island living.

This home provides guests with one 4-seat golf cart and one 6-seat golf cart to appreciate the island. It also provides the convenience of a booster seat, a pack n play, for those with modest kids. For entertainment, high speed internet is included. A First Nighttime Amenity Kit including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and shampoo will be waiting for you
