The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 with four private bedrooms, each featuring its own en suite bathroom, plus a flexible den with a queen-size pull-out couch bed. Kids will appreciate the four-bed bunk room, while adults will appreciate the privacy, space, and TVs in every bedroom.

Every detail is brand new—from the furnishings and décor to the appliances—creating a fresh, fresh feel throughout. Step outside to your in-ground pool, relax at the poolside bar, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. A convenient shed outfitted with beach gear and toys makes beach days simple and fun.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all indoor living spaces, the outdoor pool, the poolside bar area, and the storage shed. Nothing is shared—enjoy the property exclusively and make yourself at home.
