The property is constructed right on the beach access of one of the most fashionable surfing spots on the island where the pipeline splits Carolina and Kure beach. This is a 550 sf 1 bedroom unit with a washer and dryer and work station for people looking to work remotely or have longer stays. It is 27 steps from the corner of the building to the beach access.
