It also features a balcony, a impressive kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, hip decor throughout, and funky personal touches like our record player with a selection of old and modern vinyls. The living space feels inviting with Ethan Allen leather couch, upholstery, 42" Apple TV with local channels, and a enormous island for dining or working. We are located in the heart of downtown Wilmington - across the street from the Riverwalk, a short walk to wedding venues, the convention center, Brooklyn Arts District, front street shopping, dining, and bar-hopping. Guests will have full access to the entire condo, a private balcony, and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the bathroom for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. The building is protected by a coded gate, and guests can check in with a keypad entry. There is an elevator in the center of the courtyard for your convenience.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot next to the building.

We are located downtown across the street from the river. Once parked in our complimentary reserved parking area 2 short blocks away, walk to dozens of stores, eateries and pubs.
