This oceanfront duplex has gorgeous spectacular vistas from every side! On the oceanfront side, step outside and experience the impressive sunrise and sunset vistas from the sizable covered porches outside the living room and upstairs master bedroom. The enormous extended sun deck brings you even closer to the waves! The other side has no homes directly across the street, which offers enhanced privacy as well as calming marsh vistas from both of the street side bedrooms.

Bed linens supplied (Beds in bedrooms only) for nightly and weekly units. No Towels included but can be rented.

There is plenty of room for up to 9 people, but if you need more space for extended family or friends, you can accommodate up to 18 people by renting the other side (if available) and opening up the whole home to your group. This provides twice the space (including another full kitchen) and is effortlessly accessible through the connecting downstairs lock-out doors. When it's time to re-stock or have a snack, it's only a 5 min. walk to the island fishing pier, grocery store and striking oceanfront ice cream/snack shop. On the way back you can savor the wide assortment of unique shells that are often generous along our beach.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun are also worth visiting. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.

Advice for your stay:

  • Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
  • Record any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Often, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected everything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
