THE LOCATION
Sunset Beach is the ideal place to appreciate a calming family vacation! In addition to its main attraction, the charming beach, Sunset Beach is proud to be the official stop on the North Carolina Birding Trail. There are plenty of areas for bird lovers to view the different species, including the pier. And if a game of golf is a must during your vacation, you will have your choice of three signature golf courses. The home has something for everybody and is only a short walk to the beach access.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes entirely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. A personal golf cart for your use (restrictions apply). There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), and (4) outdoor showers! Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living area. There is a welcoming screened in porch located on the 2nd level. This home is also equipped with (2) dishwashers for your convenience! The elevator goes to all levels. For those traveling with kids this home is equipped with a portable crib and kid gates for the stairs. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille and a second full sized refrigerator located on the ground level. Additionally, this home comes with eight (8) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. This home has keyless entry. If you drive an electric car.. you're in luck! This home is equipped with a charging station.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Family Animals are not allowed at this property.
Pool heating is an additional $50 per nighttime with a 3-nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st – May 15th.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach property.
Outdoor perimeter security cameras are in place for the safety of the property. There are no cameras inside the property.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
