"Wait N' Sea" is a sweet beachfront Cottage that has the classic 4 bedroom, 2 bath H style footprint all on one floor! Inside, you'll find a freshly refreshed completely supplied kitchen with granite countertops, two coffee pots and updated appliances. The kitchen is well supplied with spices for cooking your favorite meals. Upon your arrival, the homeowner provides a "starter" package of cleaning supplies (laundry, fabric softener, hand soap & dish detergent) and paper products (toilet paper & paper towels) for 7 day units.
All four bedrooms have a 32” flat screen TV. Living Room has a intelligent 50” TV and blue ray/dvd player. There are also dvds and plenty of books to read - bigger print also.
There is a full size high efficiency front load washer and dryer, and two bathrooms. One with a full tub and shower and one bathroom entirely remodeled with huge walk in shower and all new appliances.
Outside there are new decks, bespoke constructed deck furnishings, a screened in porch and more seating. A picnic table on the upper and lower deck as well as a hammock below for calming in the shade.

The home consists of two outdoor showers - one enclosed downstairs and one with a foot bath on the back deck.

You'll find fast access to the Holden Beach bridge and a enormous grocery store over the bridge that offers pickup or delivery (thru Instacart).

We've left a guide book of things to do, places to go, restaurant and ice cream menus. The beauty of Holden Beach is its unspoiled appeal.
All carpets are cleaned twice a year and air filters are changed twice a month during the rental season. We have a private housekeeper that takes meticulous care of our home and keeps it very clean and sanitized

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Fort Fisher State Historic Site.
