This Hobbs Intelligent Home (1K, 2Q, 2T) features a cavernous, inverted floor plan, a comfortable living area with a flat-screen, a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, flat screens in each bedroom, and other kitchen amenities include a slow cooker, a Keurig, and a sizable pantry for storage. The enormous open floor plan features a living area, dining area, and kitchen with access to one of the two upper decks. The primary bedroom has its own private upper deck, and the three bedrooms downstairs share access to two decks.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to relax by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion).
