A waterfront sundeck offers plenty of space to spread out and soak up some rays, while the front porch is breezy outdoor leisure. Holden Beach Access and the Holden Beach General Store are each within walking distance (0.5 mi.) of the home. For an additional daily fee, you also have the option to rent a six-seater golf cart for painless cruising!

Modern coastal decor accents the updated interior, while updated fixtures and appliances ensure complete comfort and modern convenience. Plush couch seating and a intelligent TV are ready to welcome family gatherings in the living area. Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
