The living area and dining room overlook the ocean and have plenty of room to seat twelve at dining tables. There is room to seat four more or to serve food at the kitchen counter.

The 2020 kitchen remodel includes handsome new appliances, a refrigerator with French doors, fresh new cabinets appointed with quartz countertops, granite tile backsplash, under and above cabinet LED lights, and new full height pantries with plenty of storage. In addition, there is a second refrigerator on the lower level. The laundry room has a brand-new enormous capacity washer. Two of the full-size bathrooms have new tubs and vanities. The master bathroom has a new tile shower. But the most trendy shower is the private outdoor shower on the lower deck.
