Recently constructed in 2018, this elegant home has an elevated in-deck swimming pool! The unique design of this pool and extended deck accepts you to feel like you are part of the beach while taking a calming dip in your own private pool, plus you can savor broad ocean vistas. The open concept dining, kitchen, and great room overlook the ocean, decks, and elevated pool. The enormous oceanfront decks completely expand your living space so everybody can spread out and appreciate the breathtaking vistas down Oak Island.

The bedrooms are furnished with linens for all types of families and sleeps tons of kids. Four of the bedrooms are suites with their own private baths, and three of these suites have huge bespoke tile showers. Close attention is paid to detail in this home with expanded HD cable, Intelligent TVs, a sizable flat-screen TV in each family room, and TVs in all bedrooms.

Layout of bedrooms was ideal for my family.
Overall, the property was a very good location, with tons of activities. Everything is good enough that I have booked again next year.

This property was ideal for a group of guys from church to get away for a couple of days. We fished right out in front of the home. The heated pool was ideal to chill out and relax. And the living space was great for just hanging out. Will definitely use this place again!
