This striking home was constructed in 2018 with an elevated in-deck swimming pool and sleeps 24. The extended pool deck accepts you to feel the ocean breezes, effortlessly hear the waves crash onto shore, and makes you feel like you are floating on the ocean, all while taking a calming dip in your own private pool just off the first living level. You can also experience unique broad ocean vistas from the pool deck.

The open concept living, dining and kitchen accepts entire family to be a part of the conversation as they overlook the ocean, decks, and elevated pool. There are also window coverings throughout this home for added privacy. Four of the bedrooms are suites with their own private baths, and three of the suites have sizable tile showers. The bedrooms are furnished with beds for all types of families with 4 kings, 1 queen, 1 bunk bed twin over twin, and 3 bunk beds full over full to sleep tons of kiddos. Bedroom 6 has 2 bunk beds and bedroom 7 also has 2 bunk beds, set up to sleep 8 in one room and 6 in the other.

There is a very roomy kitchen, enormous flat-screen TV in each family room, and TVs in all bedrooms. The huge oceanfront decks completely expand your living space so everybody can spread out and appreciate the breathtaking vistas of Oak Island. This home also features an outdoor shower, 2 charcoal grilles, wireless internet, expanded HD cable, Intelligent TVs, ceiling fans, and extended ocean vistas.

You will be conveniently located close to shopping, jet ski units, golf, fishing, boat ramps, basketball, tennis, kayak units, and much more with many of the town's amenities within walking distance from this home.

- Overall, a good experience. The refrigerator and the pool were malfunctioning during our stay, but the rental manager came and fixed those in a timely manner. Great deck!!!!
