This modern home features wood floors, carpeting, granite countertops, and modern beach décor that includes new furnishings! You'll have four bedrooms and three baths, a couch bed, two rollaway twin beds, and a futon.

The first floor has two bedrooms, with a queen in the first and two bunk beds in the second. The first-floor bedrooms have doors that open up to porches, and both share a hall bath. The second floor has two bedrooms with a queen bed and a private bath in the first and a king bed in the primary suite with a private whirlpool bath. Both second-floor bedrooms have doors that open to a porch/deck. Also, there is a video game room for kids of all ages, including an Xbox 360 with Guitar Hero, family games, and puzzles. This home has an broad, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, two sinks, a dishwasher, a enormous TV with surround sound, color cable TVs in all bedrooms, complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and central heat and air. Other amenities include open, covered porches, an open deck, an enclosed outdoor shower, a walkway to the marsh and a private gazebo, parking under the home, and beach access just one home down.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. To book the largest rental within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
