Pretty, enormous home on a wooded lot on beautiful Muscadine Wynd. 2 Minute Cart drive straight to South beach! Reverse floor plan with broad great room and vaulted ceilings. Dogs under 20 lbs allowed w fee (strict policy, no exceptions). Centrally located between the Harbor and East Beach and a stone's throw from the central shopping area and Maritime Market. 4 Extra huge bedrooms and 3 full baths. Wood floors throughout. Entirely appointed kitchen with quality kitchen appliances, including a wine chiller! New washer + dryer. Pack-n-Play & high chair seat. Remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, new linens + a linen service. Dining table seats 8-10 with 4 additional seats at kitchen counter and 6 more seats at the table on the upstairs screened porch adjacent to the dining area. Sleeping arrangements: 1st bedroom has 2 queen beds; 2nd bedroom has 1 queen, a twin with a twin trundle; 3rd bedroom has a twin top bunk over a full bunk; the master has a king. 2 bedrooms have their own bath. 2 share a bath. Home has 3 golf carts, one 4-seater, a 6- seater and a cab / “truck” cart to carry all of your beach supplies! BHI Club Lifestyle Membership (includes golf privileges) is available for separate purchase. 4 Beach bicycles, kayak, surf board, beater boards, beach games, 8 beach chairs & 2 beach umbrellas, beach wagon, cooler and beach towels are all supplied. Travel toiletries are supplied in each of the 3 full bathrooms. Two sizable porches. One upstairs, screened, with vistas of the alluring maritime forest and one downstairs which is ideal for grilling and has another dining table that seats 8.
