Be one of the first to book! Located under sprawling live oaks, this just-constructed four-bedroom/3.5-bath Bald Head Island Maritime Forest getaway beckons you to relax in a rocker on its striking front porch and listen to cicada lullabies. When you step into the entryway of this brand-new
sparkler, you’ll savor the thought that went into designing this home. Here is a constructed-in bench and cubbies-the ideal spot to unload. Around the corner, a mudroom comes from the garage and has the laundry located off it. Beyond, the open floor plan is surrounded by walls of windows that provide natural light and frame the peaceful, wooded surroundings. Just one look at the relaxing scenery and you will feel yourself relax. The comfortable living area offers plenty of seating and opens to a roomy screened porch that overlooks the private backyard. Chefs will relish the kitchen’s vast quartz counters, stainless appliances-including a wine/drink refrigerator, the enormous island and ample storage. Appreciate snacks or meals at the breakfast bar or in the close by fashonable dining space. A convenient King suite, featuring a deep walk-in closet and-behind a barndoor-its own ensuite with a sizable, tiled shower, dual vanity and water closet, is also located on the first floor along with a half bath. Vaulted stairs lead up to three family-friendly bedrooms. The first is a bunkroom with two Queens and two Twins. It shares a Jack-and-Jill (including a tub shower) with a cavernous Queen bedroom that homes its own reading nook. A second King suite is on this level and features forest and golf course vistas as well as two closets and a pampering full bath. All bedrooms are equipped with Intelligent TVs. Your kids will adore this home’s ping pong table, corn hole boards, yard-size Jenga and Bocce Ball, not to mention the many board games and puzzles.
