We were inspired by the towns we visited in Northern Europe, where the citizens could walk to work, shop, and play. We didn't expect to find a place that we could have all that and still be steps away from the striking and uncrowded beaches that North Carolina offers, but we did. My wife and I welcome you into our home. A possible day itinerary could be as follows. Wake up in the morning and walk over to scoops ice cream and donuts and pick up a dozen made to order gourmet donuts (eat one there before you go, the fresher, the better). grab a cup of coffee and walk over to the beach to see what the surf looks like. If there's some waves you and your family might want to go body boarding (body boards supplied). around noon come on back to the home grille up some hamburgers. after lunch head back to the beach to soak up some sun or maybe go to one of the many stores close by. For supper you can either have supper there at the home or go out to eat to one of the many great eateries in the area. Don't forget to go to one of the many ice cream stores for evening dessert!
