Seasonal pool and outdoor shower, and a community grilling area. Two assigned covered parking spaces. Conveniently located within walking distance of stores, grocery stores, and 3/4 block to beach access.

The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
