This complex offers an elevator as well as washer and dryer facilities (coin operated). There is also a community pool available from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Having an unobstructed oceanfront location, you can savor handsome vistas from the balcony. The completely modernized property is very cavernous, bright, and airy.
