It's also conveniently located a fast walk from beach access, Middleton Park, eateries, grocery stores, and all of the trendy attractions!

Upstairs, on the main level, you'll be greeted by the open floor plan with splendid and intricate coastal-inspired details throughout! The living space has enchanting vaulted ceilings, a comfortable leather sectional, and a enormous flatscreen TV. The striking bespoke dining table will definitely take your breath away with its unique design and seating for up to 12. For those who will be taking advantage of the completely equipped kitchen, you'll appreciate the stainless steel appliances, high-end finishes, and plenty of counter space. The extended peninsula has a strategically placed kitchen sink, pendant lighting, and bar seating for 2. There's even a breakfast nook with bar-top seating for up to 4 and a double glass sliding door leading to the screened-in porch with more seating! The conjoined elevated balcony is the ideal spot for morning coffee and overlooking the backyard.

Our favorite area of this home has to be the outdoor heaven that was charmingly crafted to deliver everything you need to savor the coastal breeze and beautiful weather! Take a swim in the private pool, or soak up the sun from the many lounge chairs available. Gather with friends and family for an memorable BBQ and hang out together on the covered patio — complete with a flatscreen TV, full refrigerator, tiki bar with sink, and ample seating options for everybody to appreciate! This backyard paradise literally offers hours of entertainment in one elegant location.

When you're ready to relax from your adventures, you'll find each of the bedrooms offers a calming getaway for everybody! The primary suite is on the main floor and features vaulted ceilings, calming colors, a extravagant king-size bed, and a flatscreen TV. It has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and linen closet. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor — one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double-size bed. They share the hall bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination and a gorgeous vessel sink vanity.

Downstairs has an impressive mother-in-law suite, which is like a completely separate apartment of its own! It features a SECOND full kitchen, a king-size bed, bunk beds, a flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower! Wondering where the 5th bedroom is? It's located in the pool home and offers a secluded getaway with a comfortable queen-size bed.

We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
