Parking is included in the City Maintained Parking Lot called "2nd Street Lot" with a parking pass located inside the condo. This pass will allow you to enter and exit the parking deck with no monies needed. Finest practice would be to temporarily park by building to unload and collect parking pass from desk. Then, move car to the parking deck and walk to the condo building.

There NO ELEVATOR to reach the 2nd floor where this home is located.

You may experience some noise as this building is located in the heart of Downtown Wilmington. However, the property owners have added storm windows to all windows to help dampen noise, white noise machines with 20+ different available sounds are supplied in each bedroom and plenty of earplugs if needed.
