Bamboo floors, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and new ceiling fans throughout. 2016-17 refreshed sunroom including all new windows with striking ocean vistas. 2016 modernized deck with outdoor furnishings including rocking chairs, glider, hi-top table set, and pub set. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold. Nightly units off season only.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Oak Island Lighthouse and Bald Head Island Lighthouse. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Magic Mountain Fun Park are also worth visiting.
