The open floor plan offers simple access from the living area, to dining area, kitchen and ocean side deck and makes family entertainment a breeze. The kitchen is completely equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island sink. The dining area offers seating for 6 and is surrounded by windows, accepting tons of sunshine to come through. The living area provides a very comfortable place for family and friends to gather.   • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To book the largest rental for your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance.   • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
