THE LOCATION
Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer! Savor amazing local eateries, kayaking, fishing, putt-putt, and so much more on the island. There are also multiple golf courses just a short 5-min. drive from the island. Come savor our home away from home!
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes completely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see “Important Information” for more details), tiki bar and an outdoor shower. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a queen size sleeper couch, foosball table and wet bar, with a sizable deck that features a water view. The second floor has a huge open living area, featuring another enormous deck for all your relaxing needs! This home is very roomy, and the elevator goes to all floors. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry.
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be supplied for all stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pool heating is an additional $40 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Family Animals are not allowed at this property.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
