Come and "Sea" us right in the heart of Bald Head Island Marina at this four bedroom four and a half bath home! This home has a reverse floor plan which is made to savor the handsome water vistas in the harbor. The first floor has two bedrooms with queen beds with their own bathrooms. The second floor is the living space and kitchen along with a half bath. The third floor has another queen bedroom with its own private bath. It doesn't stop there! There is a crofter located right above the garage next to the home with its own little getaway that has a two twin beds and bath. Talk about porch space, this home has a swinging day bed downstairs on an open porch to appreciate the salty breeze and the living space on the 2nd floor has a screened in porch overlooking handsome sunsets. Finding the best value:

• Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is a great way to save on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
• Property managers often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
