Hypnotic's inverted floor plan puts the main living room, dining area, and kitchen together on the top level, with the oceanfront setting right outside.

The ocean-side balcony offers broad beach vistas and bar-style railing seating, giving the group another place to gather without losing sight of why you came to Holden Beach in the first place.

The completely equipped kitchen includes generous prep space, one dishwasher, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Generous groups will especially appreciate the additional refrigeration: Hypnotic has three fridges—the main kitchen refrigerator plus a mid-size refrigerator at both the top-level and mid-level wet bars.

The private fenced pool area is shaded, offering a welcome escape from the direct sun and summer heat between trips to the beach. The space includes seating around the pool, tiki bar seating, a picnic table, and outdoor shower.

Even better, the beach is right there. Hypnotic has its own private beach access directly from the ground-level pool area, leading to the sand via steps. There's no street to cross and no need to walk to a public beach access. At least 6 beach chairs are supplied for guest use, along with a selection of beach towels. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are also supplied, helping families leave a few of the bulky vacation essentials at home.

A gas grille is included for guest use. Guests are encouraged to bring their own propane tank or, after booking, pre-order propane delivery for their stay through the available guest services.

???? AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests under the age of 25 must receive pre-approval prior to booking.

???? SMOKE & DRUG-COMPLIMENTARY ENVIRONMENT

All properties are smoke-complimentary and drug-complimentary. Smoking, vaping, and recreational drug use are not allowed on the property.

???? PET POLICY

Hypnotic welcomes up to 2 dogs. Advance notification and approval are required.

Guests bringing a dog must provide current rabies vaccination records, proof of flea and tick prevention, and a photo of the dog(s) at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please contact the host/property manager prior to booking for additional information regarding bringing a dog to the property and for instructions on submitting the required documentation.

Dogs are not allowed on beds or in the pool. Dogs must comply with applicable Holden Beach regulations, including beach-access and leash requirements. Dogs left unattended at the property must be crated and may not be left outside unattended.

Guests are responsible for ensuring their dogs are well-behaved and do not damage the property. Unauthorized family pets are not allowed.

Trained service animals are allowed as required by applicable law. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are not allowed unless otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable booking platform's policy.

???? POOL HEATING

This property offers optional pool heating with a 3-nighttime minimum.

Pool heating is available by request outside of the period from Memorial Day through Labor Day and must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to check-in. If you are interested in having the pool heated during your stay, please contact the host/property manager prior to booking for additional information.

Pool heating does not guarantee a specific water temperature. Heating performance is affected by outdoor temperatures, wind, overnight conditions, and other environmental factors. Under favorable conditions, the system may raise the pool water roughly 20–30°F above its naturally occurring temperature; however, during particularly cold weather, the system may be unable to achieve or maintain the desired temperature.

Once pool heating has been arranged and the service period begins, refunds will only be included in the event of a pool pump failure that prevents the requested heating service from being included. Refunds will not be issued due to weather or environmental conditions, the pool not reaching a particular temperature, changes in personal preference, early discontinuation of the service, or unused service days.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid excluding the "admin fee" (if applicable) if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Units. Admin costs are non-returnable.
