This handsome townhome is ideal for your family vacation! It has two enormous ocean view decks to appreciate youir morning coffee or afternoon drinks after a day at the beach.
On the first floor you will find a cavernous open floor plan of the living room, kitchen and dining area. There is plenty of seating for everybody.
The kitchen is well outfitted with all that you need to prepare up a great meal with some of our local seafood!
This floor also has three bedrooms, two bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms on this floor, both a tub/shower combination.
On the second floor is the very sizable primary suite with a king bed, sleeper couch and ensuite bath with walk in shower.
For you convenience is a desk facing the ocean (if you definitely must do some work) and a keurig coffee maker/coffee bar.

There is an enclosed outside shower as well.
The beach access is right across the street, so it makes it really convenient to come back to have lunch or stock up on drinks & return to the beach.
Linens, bath towels and beach towels are included for every reservation.
Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM

We charge a $225 non-returnable pet fee.
About the Area
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Carolina Beach Arcade. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, sailing, and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking nearby.
