Imagine you & your family walking to the beach past the park where kids are playing in the splash pad or climbing on the monkey bars, playing basketball or tennis. The complimentary outdoor concerts located at Middleton Park in the summer are all within 5 mins. walking distance. In fact, the grocery store, eateries and bars are also within walking distance. The kitchen is definitely handsome after a recent remodel and entirely supplied with dishes, pots and pans, too.
