With tasteful touches of the old and the new, the Beach House is a ideal blend of modern elegance and a classic Wrightsville Beach bungalow. The home is centrally located on the island and is just a few steps away from all the best attractions Wrightsville has to offer!

The main floor of the home holds the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a shared half bathroom. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and captures a modern farmhouse vibe ideally. With tons of counter space, new appliances (including a constructed in ice maker), and a giant butcher block island for food prep, dining, or games, this is a room the whole family will gravitate to. The kitchen is also where you can access the backyard, which has been turned into a true getaway with lush landscaping, multiple seating arrangements, and a handsome soaking pool that is a great place to relax after a day at the beach.

On the second floor of the home, you’ll find the primary bedroom, with a king bed and a huge attached sitting area that is a great hideaway when you’re looking for a peaceful moment. There is a gorgeously refreshed full bath with a walk-in shower right outside this bedroom’s door. The second bedroom on this floor has a queen bed and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower as well.

On the top floor, guests will find the remaining two bedrooms. The first has two twin beds. each with a twin trundle bed underneath, and the second has a full bed as well as a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. This floor is ideal for the kids to have their own space and has a shared full bathroom in the hall with another walk-in shower.

At the very top of the home sits the crow’s nest, which offers expansive vistas of the entire island. There is a gas firepit and seating for 4 here, and it’s the ideal place for a morning cup of coffee or late-nighttime conversations!
