Sleeps 11 (max.). 4 bedrooms (1K-1Q-1K-2BB with 3 twins and one double bed). 4 full baths. (1) 4 passenger cart and (1) 6 passenger cart. High speed internet. Less than one min. to beach access.
Check-in and out days in summer season is Saturday-Saturday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 5:30pm property check-in and 11:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 5:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 11:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.

Reservations will include the SDW non-returnable fee, if you choose to opt out of the SDW fee, a returnable Security Deposit will be charged to your reservation. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after checking out and no damage to property.
