~We are located on the coast, and adverse weather is sometimes a factor. Please understand that we DO NOT offer refunds for adverse weather conditions. We will give you credit for any monies paid to use for alternate dates within 60 days. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance through your local travel agent for such things as hurricanes and snow storms. Hurricane season is from June 1st through November 30. Please make a note of this when booking.

~We will supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, modest bars of hand soap beside sinks, and a few trash bags (kept under the current trash bag in the can). Please plan accordingly on what you need to bring depending on your length of stay.

~By booking this condo, you agree to all the COVID rules and restrictions. If you have any questions concerning the rules and restrictions, please message me before requesting to book. Booking constitutes acceptance of said COVID rules and restrictions.

~Guest count must match reservation NO EXCEPTIONS!

~ DO NOT rent this property if you are not the guest staying. You must be 23 years old to rent this condo.

~QUIET times are observed between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am

Parking is supplied complimentary of charge for 1 car at our parking garage 1.5 blocks away. There is a loading and unloading zone to assist in dropping off and picking up passengers and belongings.

~ NO FAMILY FAMILY FAMILY FAMILY PETS~

The condo is set up for 2 guests sleeping in the same bed. If a pullout couch is needed, please notify us 24 hours before arrival so housekeeping can leave the sheets and blankets..
~ The guest booking this condo MUST be 23 yrs or older and are staying on the premises NO 3rd event bookings allowed.

~ Guest count must be accurate at the time of booking.

~ Additional costs of $50 per guest will be charged if the guest count is wrong and needs to be adjusted after arrival.

~ This property is NOT available for events or social gatherings of any sort and only intended to be used by its registered guest ONLY.

~ QUIET times are observed between 9 pm - 8 am

~ This is a NON-smoking condo. If air quality sensors are triggered there will be $250 remediation charge no questions asked this includes the balcony area!

~Comes with a Parking pass for complimentary offsite parking for 1 car, keys, (if keys are required) and parking pass must be returned or a $150.00 loss of your deposit.

~ Keep the property and all furnishings in good working order.

~ Only use appliances for their intended uses

~ NO PETS: If you intend to bring family pets of any sort, service, or other please let us know in advance so we help you find an alternate property that will better accommodate your needs. Violation of the NO PETS rule will terminate your rental agreement with no refund. **OWNER OCCUPIES PROPERTY PART-TIME - PETS PRESENT HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES TO THE OWNER~

~ Property is monitored by exterior cameras. The cameras are OUTSIDE the home ONLY. Disabling these cameras will terminate your rental agreement without a refund. **THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE RENTED GUESTS SPACES~

~ WSR is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. WSR is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use as registered guests.

~A signed rental agreement & government issued photo IDs of all guest over the age of 16 must be received by 2pm the day of checkin if they are not received your reservation will be cancelled with NO REFUND for failure to comply with the listing rules. and restrictions.
