Sandy Toes Bungalow welcomes up to two dogs weighing no more than 50 pounds each. Dogs are the only family pets allowed. A $175 pet fee is supplied in the rental rate and covers one dog, and an additional $50 applies for a second dog.

Pool heating is optional and can be added to your reservation for $100 per day. Please note that pool heating or cooling must be purchased for the full duration of your stay once added. Pools are open year-round; however, pool heat is only available when the air temperature is over 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights, April through October, come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear units during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more! The choice is yours.

WHAT IS PROVIDED?
Linens are supplied with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels and mats, hand towels, and washcloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
